Temporary changes to Xcite Booking Team services to prioritise block booking renewals

The Xcite Booking Team, who look after bookings for the school estates and block bookings for our Xcite venues, will be making a temporary change to their operations this month.

From Monday 11 August to Sunday 25 August, the team won’t be taking incoming phone calls or processing one-off bookings. This short pause will allow them to concentrate on processing the annual block booking renewals — an important part of the yearly schedule that helps ensure all bookings are confirmed and ready for the year ahead.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience while the team works through this busy period.

If you need to get in touch during this time, please email the team. If a call is needed, they’ll be happy to arrange a convenient callback.

All other bookings - such as fitness classes, racquet sports, football pitches, and golf - can still be made as normal via the website, the WLL Xcite app, or in person at a venue.
