The campaign focuses on breaking the silence around men’s physical and mental health. It’s about opening up, asking for help when it’s needed, and supporting each other through life’s challenges.
Too often, men push through pain, skip check-ups, or avoid talking about how they’re really feeling. This week is about changing that.
At Xcite, we’re proud to support Men’s Health Week with a range of activities, challenges and fitness advice across our venues.
We are also honoured to have Andy’s Man Club visiting our Bathgate venue on Monday 9th June. They’re doing amazing work to support men’s mental health - please stop by and say hello if you can.
Men’s Health Week is a powerful reminder that looking after your health isn’t a weakness—it’s strength. Your health is the foundation for a strong body, a clear mind, and a better life. Let’s keep showing up for ourselves and each other.
And most importantly: check in on your mates. A simple "How are you?" can make a huge difference.
Speak to our reception team for more details on what’s happening across our Xcite venues during Men’s Health Week.
Or, if you have the time to read on, click on a venue below to find out what they're doing - each venue has chosen a day of the week to promote their activities, so that you get the chance to try out more than one venue if you are able.
