You will learn how to hold the racket correctly, how to move around the court and the shots you can use within the game. The class focuses on the fundamental skills of the sport covering agility and balance.
Within this level you will build on the fundamentals from level 1. This class starts to focus on playing badminton games and teamwork using more challenging practices.
