If you would like to cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation request form below.
A minimum of one full calendar months’ notice is required and therefore one further full monthly payment.
Example: If you request to cancel on the 16th June, the last payment would be the 1st July. You would continue to have access to the facilities until the end of July.
The cut-off date for cancellation for any calendar month is the 21st. Any cancellations received after this date may not be processed until the following month, so confirmation of cancellation will be delayed.
Our membership packages have been reviewed and you may not be able to re-join on your current payment structure if you cancel.
