The Role
Join our front-of-house Receptionist team and become the first point of contact in a vibrant, community-focused fitness and activity centre at Xcite Craigswood.
As a receptionist, you’ll welcome a diverse range of members and visitors, from gym-goers and class participants to families and children attending our popular coaching programmes. With a buzzing atmosphere, state-of-the-art facilities, and our award-winning café Nourish at the heart of it all, no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, professional first impression, handling enquiries, membership options, bookings, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
