Hours Of Work:
36 hours per week, working to a rota which will include weekend rotations and early morning shifts.
Due to the nature of the Duty Manager position, a level of flexibility is required for shifts and availability. Rota details will be discussed in more detail with applicants.

Your Role:
Your role as Duty Manager is to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by providing line management, support, guidance, and leadership to staff whilst looking at new initiatives to develop and grow the programme for our customers who are at the heart of our business.
