Xcite, West Lothian Leisure, is proud to announce that it has won Gold at the 2021 UK Member Experience Awards, improving from last year’s award where they won Silver.
Not only did West Lothian Leisure receive a Gold medal award, Broxburn Swimming Pool was awarded the “Best Swimming Pool Member Experience in the UK” for the third time in 4 years.
The Member Experience Awards recognises and rewards leisure, health and fitness operators for their outstanding customer service throughout the year, with results being measured from customer feedback after visiting venues and taking part in activities.
West Lothian Leisure was the only Sport and Leisure Trust in Scotland to scoop awards.
