This week in National Hydration and Nutrition week so I am sharing with you some tips to ensure you stay hydrated throughout the day.

  • Always carry a water bottle! It is an easy way to make sure you are you are drinking enough during the day 
  • Bored of plain water? Mix it up with different fruit and herb mixes like strawberry and mint, frozen berries or sliced oranges and lemons – try anything you fancy!
  • Switch up fizzy juice for sparking water with diluting or fruit juice
  • At our cafes you can get diluting juice, fruit juice cartons and bottles of water to keep you hydrated all day long!
