When you are a member @ Xcite there are lots of things you can do to switch up your routine! Xcite Options are one-to-one specialised training sessions designed to shake up your workout routine and focus on an area you want too. 

Just joined? Book in for an Xcite Welcome and be shown round the gym and have the oppertunity to have a workout programme designed for you by one of our qualified Gym Instructors. It is the perfect way to get you started @ Xcite.

If you have been @ Xcite for a while and need a change book a programme review which will analyse your results on MyWellness Cloud and let your instructor use the huge database of exercises to update your programme. Whether it’s a small change or a complete overhaul of your workout, your instructor can provide expert advice on the best way to reach your health and fitness goals.
