With dark mornings and colder days, staying motivated during the winter months can be hard. Here’s our top 5 tips to keep you going @ Xcite!

1. Find the right playlist
Having the right tunes on for a workout sets the tone for how you will work! Find something that you love listening to and plug in while at the gym - it will push you through those last few reps you feel like you can’t do!

2.Bring a friend
Sometimes working out on your own doesn’t cut it so grab a friend and head down to Xcite! You can motivate each other throughout your session and keep each other in check. 3.Think of all the benefits
Dragging yourself out of your warm bed or off the sofa to the gym can sometimes be the hardest thing but if you think of how great you will feel after your workout it’s worth it. 4. Relax in the Sauna and Steam room
Not in the mood for a workout or want to chill out after you have finished a hard session? Then come down and relax in our Sauna and Steam rooms. There are a lot of benefits to using Sauna and Steam rooms from reducing stress to soothing tired muscles.

5. Try something new!
