Les Mills Barre is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday. The class incorporates classic ballet positions with modern music, it is a combination of cardio and strength in one! There are high reps of small motion movements using very light weights as supporting your body stability and strength is the focus.
If you fancy a fitness class with a difference, Les Mills Barre is for you! It may look beautiful, but please don’t underestimate the burn!

Supervised Softplay Sessions for 18months -7 years is available Xcite Bathgate/Craigswood/Linlithgow/Livingston and Whitburn to let you workout while your kids get active too!
