Before you visit your local venue, there are a couple of things you need to know, please click here for more info.
What is a virtual class?
A virtual class is the same fitness classes from Les Mills range that you know and love, or want to try but are played on a large screen our fitness studios.
Where can I do a virtual class?
Why would I go to a virtual class?
Virtual classes are typically quieter and give you the opportunity to try something new! The addition of virtual classes enhances our live instructor lead fitness class timetable and lets us provide more classes and spaces for you to attend. It's a great alternative if you cannot book into a live class. Social distancing will also be maintained within these classes.
Which virtual classes can I do?
All your favourite Les Mills classes will be available: Body Pump, Combat and Balance, Sh’bam, GRIT, CXWORX and Barre. As well as Sprint and RPM at dedicated virtual cycle studios.
Check out availability on the WLL Xcite App!
How long are virtual classes?
Due to current guidelines, classes will run for no longer than 45 minutes. All classes will be formatted to accommodate a great work out experience and allow cleaning slots between sessions.
What equipment do I need to use?
If equipment is required for classes, for example: barbells, weight plates, we will have these available within our virtual studios. The Xcite Team will be cleaning equipment on a regular basis, for best practice we ask that you wipe down your kit before and after use with products available at our hygiene stations. Please bring your own mats.
How do I book a virtual class?
The quickest and easiest way to book a virtual class is via the WLL Xcite App or online. T&Cs apply. If you cannot attend your class please cancel your booking to free up the space for another customer. Please note, you must pre-book.
