Information in our FAQs relate to changes from Monday 26 July 2021 - see our Latest Updates for more info.
Do I need to book my activity in advance?
From Monday 26 July you do not need to pre-book all your activities.
You do need to pre-book Lane Swimming and Xcite Aqua classes - please see our Swimming FAQs for more details.
You'll still be able to pre-book fitness classes via our app or website. We advise you do this to avoid disappointment due to capacity numbers in these activities.
You'll also be able to continue to book your gym appointments and golf tee off times via the app and website. Sports bookings are currently available via reception.

Please check out our safety commitment before visiting us!
Whilst removing the need to book in certain activities is making access easier, there are times of the day (due to high levels of demand) where you may be required to wait. We apologise in advance for this and anticipate you not having to wait more than 15 minutes.
Will there be limited numbers in my activity?
Yes, all activities will have an attendance limit per session in line with guidelines.
Are capacities back to normal?
No. Whilst we are level 0, we are still having to manage several restrictions specific to capacities, ventilation/CO2 levels, and physical distancing which all affects how many people can either participate or utilise non activity areas.
When will I be able to make a booking?
You can book online 7 days in advance thereafter. Bookings work on a first come first served basis.
