Do I need to book my activity in advance?
Yes, all customer will be required to pre-book their activity session online.
How do I book my activity?
When will I be able to make a booking?
Timetables and bookings will be available from Monday 7 September. Members will received an update with their ID and PIN to log in. Your can book online 7 days in advance thereafter. Bookings work on first come first served basis.
I don't know my PIN or ID, can you help?
Please check your Membership email correspondence for your PIN and ID. You can also request a new PIN here and selecting 'Forgotten your PIN?'.
Will there be limited numbers in my activity?
Yes, all activities will have an attendance limited per session in line with guidelines.
Why do I have to book activities?
Only customers attending an activity should be in our buildings. We have a number of activities running within our venues and we will be managing the capacity and flow of traffic via our booking system. This is in line with best practice and guidelines issued. It will also enable you to pick your exercise and securely book it before visiting us.
