It’s great to be open and we’re delighted how many of you want to get back into the pool especially with your little ones. Please read through below to make sure you’ve booked into the correct swim session.
Each person coming along has to book under their own individual account, including children. Flumes and water features are available.

ONE booking gives you access to up to 5 people from your household. Other swimmers in your booking pay on the day. This is a section ‘pod’ of the pool exclusive for your use. Flumes and water features are NOT available.
All our swim sessions must be pre-booked.
This can be done on the WLL Xcite App or by calling reception T: 01506237970. Note, due to latest guidelines we are running with capacity levels and if you have not booked correctly we may not have available space for additional swimmers.
For multiple bookings into Peak and Off Peak sessions the easiest way to do this is by calling reception but we are experiencing a high volume of calls and appreciate your patience while we get to your call. We are unable to take bookings on social media or via email. Remember, you can book 7 days in advance on the Xcite App and we encourage customers to planned ahead due to popularity of sessions.
