With the first day of Spring it is time to change up your exercise routine and reset for the rest of the year ahead!
How to refresh your routine @ Xcite:
- Book in for an Xcite Options Programme review and get your workout updated or pick an area you want to focus on and learn how to work on it like Core, Stretching or Suspension training.
- Take some time in the gym to have a stretch and foam roll to ease off your muscles.
- Head to the swimming pool for a swim and rest in the sauna and steam rooms. Using the sauna ans steam room regularly can leave you with a general feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
- Try a new fitness class that is different from your usual choice! If you love Body Pump why not go for something relaxing like Yoga or Body Balance, if you prefer Gentle classes give a cardio class a go!
- Enjoy a protein shake in one of our Cafes to replenish your body!
