When Rikky joined Xcite, he realised taking part in regular physical exercise wasn't only going to improve his physical health but also his mental health. Three of his main goals were to lose weight, reduce his high blood pressure and improve his mental wellbeing.
At the start of his journey, Rikky booked in for a FEEL WELL appointment where Karen @ Xcite Armadale created a personalised programme filled with cardio and resistance training. Since September 2018, Rikky has lost 10kg (22 pounds) due to his hard work and determination!
To ensure Rikky is on track, he regularly books in for a programme review so adjustments can be made and so Karen can advise him on nutrition. It is important for your gym instructor to know how you are feeling about your journey and so it continues to be challenging, fun and motivating for you!
