We are removing waiting lists from our bookable activities!
This will mean if a space becomes available due to a cancellation, this will automatically show as bookable on the app and online booking, ensuring that you have real-time booking access to available spaces and help reduce ‘no shows'. Check the app and our online bookings for current available spaces in your favourite activities.
If you are booked into an activity and cannot attend please remember to cancel your booking to free up space for other customers. Members can do this 1 hour before their activity starts on the app and online, or by contact reception. Pay-per-visit customers must give 24hrs cancellation notice by contacting reception who will be able to transfer your activity to another slot within 7 days of the original booking.
Note - this does not apply to course bookings.
