'No Show' Fee Update

Customer Update – No Show Fee  

As of Wednesday 1 September, we introduced a ‘no show’ fee of £2 which applies to members for non-cancelled booked activities. This not only includes fitness classes but also lane swimming and sauna and steam room bookings.  

This charge has been introduced to encourage members to cancel if they could not attend, freeing up a space for another member.  

Please make sure if you cannot attend your booked activity, that you cancel via the Xcite App, website or at reception to avoid a charge.  

Please note, you cannot cancel by email or via social media.
