Anne Cross has been a member of Xcite for 3 years now and attends a range of venues! She first started her fitness journey to help improve her mental health.
By visiting Xcite daily and carrying out other meaningful lifestyle changes, Anne felt her stress and anxiety hormones had decreased! To mark the change in Anne’s health, she decided to write a book about her journey – From Stressed to Blessed: Overcoming Anxiety and Low Mood with Minor Lifestyle Changes.
She wanted to promote how small changes in life such as diet and physical exercise helped her mentally and increased her overall health and wellbeing. By interacting with others and the social aspect that comes with attending the gym and fitness classes Anne saw an incredible change!
