March is National Bed Month which means it is even more acceptable to have a lie in on days off!

  1. Sleep boosts immunity – If you always seem to be catching the cold make sure you are getting enough shut eye to help fend off bugs
  2. Sleep boosts mental wellbeing – Not getting enough sleep can lead you to being grumpy and irritable and no amount of coffee can fix it! Make sure you get enough sleep at night to make sure you have a clear head daily
  3. When you are tired you tend to make poor food choices so getting enough sleep is a must if you are trying to be healthy!
