Coronavirus - CEO Update - Thursday March 19
Following the schools' closure announcement yesterday and ongoing advice and guidance in relation to coronavirus, we have reluctantly taken the decision to close all our venues from Friday 20 March at 12 noon. Initially, this closure is until 30 April when we will review the situation and provide further information.
If you have a direct debit with us for membership or coaching we will be freezing your direct debit automatically and will not be taking any further payments at this time. You do not need to do anything else.
This has been an incredibly challenging time for everyone. As a charity we are reliant on memberships, lets and customer visit income, so closing venues has a significant impact on the organisation. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in more certain times and look forward to your continued support - for your own health and wellbeing and those who need it most in our community.
In the meantime, we’re working to bring you fresh content on our social media and provide online workouts to keep West Lothian active and motivated. Follow us, support each other, keep safe and stay healthy.
We ask our customers to take the time to read through the info provided in this link to help answer queries you may have. This covers all West Lothian Leisure venues and services: Xcite/Howden Park Centre/Low Port/Polkemmet Golf Course and Driving Range/Secondary School Booking.
***Note your DD payments will be automatically frozen and you do not need to do anything else.***
