Check out ways to make your healthy habits stick @ Xcite!

1. Record it

To make habits stick it helps to record them and have all your hard work kept in one place for you to look at. Download the My Xcite App and you can do just that! The My Xcite App lets you track your fitness progress, save your workouts and monitor your fitness goals! You can be active at home, at work, in the gym, in the pool, in the garden, or playing with the kid. With the ‘My Xcite’ app you can measure ALL of your daily activity!

Download it here!

2. Find a gym buddy

Working out with a friend can give you the extra boost of motivation that you need! Xcite has lots of activities you can do together - swim, play sports, visit the gym or a fitness class. Why not enter our competition to Win a 3 Month Premier Couple Membership?* Find out more here.

3. Try something new

Xcite has over 400 fitness classes weekly so there is always something new to try! Find a new fitness class to come along too - switching your workouts up can keep you motivated.

If fitness classes aren't for you why not try a new sport? At Xcite you can play tennis, squash, badminton, golf, athletics and more.

4. Start with small changes

Making habits stick means making small changes every week so why not start with changing up your gym routine with an Xcite Options Programme review to freshen up your workouts.

5. Find joy in what you are doing and rest!

Always make sure you are having fun with what you are doing! Enjoy relaxing in our sauna/steam rooms or have a Costa coffee on rest days from one of our cafes.
