Check out ways to make your healthy habits stick @ Xcite!

1. Record it 

To make habits stick it helps to record them and have all your hard work kept in one place for you to look at. Download the My Xcite App and you can do just that! 2. Find a gym buddy

3. Try something new

Xcite has over 400 fitness classes weekly so there is always something new to try! Find a new fitness class to come along too - switching your workouts up can keep you motivated.
