Please note you can also book at the reception at any Xcite venue 5 days in advance.
Book Online @ My Xcite
By booking online you’ll be able to book activities easily from your mobile, tablet or desktop. Simply log into 'My Xcite' under your child’s Pin and ID. 'My Xcite' is located at the top of our website: Padlock symbol on mobile and tablet or 'Login to My Xcite' on top left of your desktop.
Once logged in:
- Select 'Make a Booking' from the Menu Icon button (top right, 3 horizontal lines)
- Select 'Kids Programme' Button
- Select the activity you wish to book and confirm booking
- If you wish to change venue you can do so at the bottom of the page by selecting the 'change' button beside 'Preferred Booking Site'
You'll be emailed confirmation on each booking.
If space is available you can book online up to 30mins before a class starts.
PIN and ID Details
If your child has a Junior Membership or has had a membership with us before you’ll need to complete our Xcite Online Details Request form to access their PIN and ID. The online booking system will not allow you to create a duplicate. We’ll email you their ID and PIN to login (allow 24 hours, this can be longer at weekends and public holidays). Alternatively you can contact reception who will be able to release this information after completing a few security questions.
Your child does not need to be a member to book online, you can register here as a pay-per-visit customer allowing you to also book in advance.
To book activities online you must be logged in under your child’s PIN and ID otherwise you will not be able to complete the booking for these activities.
The following info applies to Xcite bookings.

How to Cancel?
Cancellations for Xcite can be made online up to 20 minutes before the start time of an activity. After this time you will need to contact the Xcite Venue directly to cancel before the start time. You can cancel online by logging into your child’s 'My Xcite' account online.
Select 'Manage Bookings' then select the activity to cancel (this is in the menu bar on mobile and tablet). You cannot cancel by email or via our social media channels, only via your My Xcite account or by contacting Reception directly. Please note a No Show £2.00 penalty fee will occur on your account if you do not attend a booked activity which you have not cancelled.
Why is there a £2.00 No Show penalty fee?
As our Xcite Holiday Programme is very popular we want everyone to have the opportunity to attend. In order to do this we’ve taken advice from other Leisure Operators to see what effective practices they have in deterring no shows and we found that a small penalty fee had the best result in reducing no shows.
At Xcite we do not wish to charge anyone for not turning up, we just want everyone to have a fair opportunity to participate in their favourite activity. So if your child can’t make an activity please cancel it and give someone else’s child the opportunity to attend. You can cancel right up to 20 minutes before the class start time online at My Xcite or by phoning reception within 20 minutes of the class start.
A waiting list will run for all activities. Any spaces available due to a cancellation will be emailed to the whole waiting list to give everybody the opportunity to book the class. Please make sure you have opted in to receive these emails on your online account (under child's account) this can be done by completing opt in form at reception.
Arriving for your child's activity
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of your child’s activity. It is your responsibility to check-in their attendance at reception. Hand the Ticket to the activity instructor on arrival. Please do not come to an activity without a ticket as this will result in non-admittance.
