Families with children between 8 and 11 years old can come to our dedicated sessions to complete an instructor-led functional fitness class. These classes have been designed to include exercises that everyone can do, but the level of intensity is tailored to the participant. Families will exercise together, producing a feeling of teamwork, collaboration and creating bonding opportunities.
