Step 1 - START WELL
We encourage all Xcite customers, including pay-per-visit, to book a Start Well appointment to find out more about what we have to offer and to ensure you have the confidence to START WELL. However, if you wish to visit the gym before your Start Well appointment, please complete a health disclaimer form at your local Xcite Venue on your first visit.
