We encourage all Xcite customers, including pay-per-visit, to book a Start Well appointment to find out more about what we have to offer and to ensure you have the confidence to START WELL.
This session is with one of our expert Gym Team and can be in person or phone consultation, whichever suits you best. However, if you wish to visit the gym before your Start Well appointment, please complete a health disclaimer form at your local Xcite Venue on your first visit.

My Wellness App allows you to easily do this as you can save your workouts and monitor your fitness goals from your phone! It won't only log your gym workout, but also your activity in the pool, at home, work and in the garden!
