Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, strength training, balance and posture work, to create a new way of keeping fit. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout or for those to use it as great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.
An exciting way to challenge and strengthen your whole body using the aerial hammocks. You will learn dynamic and strengthening exercises with your body partially and fully suspended in the hammock. This class requires a basic level of strength and fitness.
