Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, strength training, balance and posture work, to create a new way of keeping fit. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout or for those to use it as great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.
Aerial Stretch is a different way to stretch and lengthen your body using the aerial hammocks. Your body weight can be completely supported by the hammock allowing you to invert safely which elongates and decompresses the spine.
No booking is required for a fitness class, however we do advise you pre-book to avoid disappointment.
