Aerial Fitness fuses stretching style exercises, strength training, balance and posture work, to create a new way of keeping fit. This is for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout or for those to use it as great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.
Restorative based class using the aerial hammocks for simple easy supported stretches. This will decompress the body and mind. With a 15 min guided mental relaxation to finish while you will be suspended in the aerial hammock. This is a perfect class to relax and feel refreshed.
No booking is required for a fitness class; however, we do advise you pre-book to avoid disappointment.
