We have divided our pools in to three lanes, please choose a lane and ensure you can meet the criteria before booking your next swim session!
Swim 45+ seconds per length. Are you looking for a leisurely swim? Jump in and get kicking, just make sure you are slower than the medium lane!
Swim 35-45 seconds per length. If you are unsure about how you are feeling before your swim session, give medium a go. Feeling good? Move to the fast lane. Or if you want to go at your own pace, head over to the slow lane.
Swim 30 seconds or faster per length. If you are in this lane and faster swimming join you, please consider moving to the medium lane.
