We understand that unforeseen circumstance can prevent you from using your Xcite Membership. This may be due to an injury or ill health. Under these circumstances you can request to freeze your membership for a period of time. This will enable you to freeze your payments until you are physically able to use your membership again.

Please complete and submit the form below. Your freeze request will go to the relevant Xcite Management Team for authorisation. You will receive a confirmation email within 3 working days of your form being submitted.
