Job Purpose – overview

Your role as a health and Wellbeing Administrator is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Team

Core Accountabilities & Responsibilities

v  Undertake general clerical and administrative duties

v  Maintain confidential and sensitive records

v  Provide administrative support and services throughout the Health & Wellbeing Programmes

v  Book appointments for referred patients

v  Ensure Instructors receive necessary documents

v  Provide a telephonist service, resolving issues within levels of knowledge and ability

v  Administer member processes

v  Assist in projects as and when required.

v  Provide advice and information to customers on all the Charity’s products and services.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills

v  Demonstrates good core organisational competencies

v  Standard grade or equivalent in Mathematics and English.

v  Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.

v  1 year experience in an equivalent clerical/administrative post

v  Proficient in the use of MS Office

v  Ability to manage time and priorities effectively

Desirable Qualifications, Experience and Skills

v  Successful study at HNC level or equivalent

v  Knowledge of reception and booking procedures

v  Highly Skilled in MRM +2
