How to access Online Bookings?
You can access our online bookings by logging into your account on 'My Xcite'.
Mobile/Tablet - click on 'padlock' icon at the top of the righthand screen

Who can use Xcite Online Bookings?
Anyone can make a booking online, whether you're a member or pay-per-visit customer.
Current or Previous Xcite Members
If you are an existing customer or member its likely you already on our system and will have an ID and PIN. If you do not have this and are already an existing customer please complete this form. Please allow 24 hours for reply, or contact your Xcite venue directly and they will be able to give you this info over the phone (you will be asked a number of security questions).
New to Xcite
New customers will need to register to have access to this area at My Xcite. Once you completed your details you will automatically be emailed your login details.
All payments are required at the time of booking or purchasing a membership. Failure to make payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking or membership.
Online Booking payments are non-refundable once a booking is made and payment is received.
Online Membership, once paid, carries a 10 day money back guarantee from the date of payment. After the 10 day period membership subscription payments are non-refundable.
Q. Online Registration is not accepting my details?
A. This means that you already have a member record on our Xcite database. Complete this form and we'll send you an email with your login details.
Please allow 24 hours for reply, or contact your Xcite venue directly and they will be able to give you this info over the phone (you will be asked a number of security questions).
Q. When I try to login the system says my details are invalid?
A. You may have changed your PIN and can no longer remember what you changed it to? There’s a 'Forgotten your Pin' option underneath the PIN box to the left hand side. Clicking on this and you will be able to enter your member ID and Xcite will email you your PIN details.
