Xcite Aqua uses water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. This is one of our most popular classes for all ages and abilities.
It is a good water based exercise for a whole range of people: youth through to older adults, males and females, athletes, dancers, rehabilitation and accident recovery patients, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, sports injuries, those with mobility challenges and postnatal mums.
Classes are taken by qualified fitness instructors. We offer shallow and deep water classes, please check with reception.
