Exercising during Pregnancy

Pregnancy is a time when you can make beneficial changes in your health habits to protect and promote the healthy development of your unborn baby. These changes include adopting improved eating habits, abstinence from smoking, alcohol intake and participating in regular moderate physical activity.

Check with your GP or Midwife!

We advise anyone who is pregnant and partaking, or wishing to partake, in exercise to discuss this with their GP or Midwife first.

Please always make sure the Xcite Team is aware that you are pregnant before participating in an activity.

We ask all expecting mums to read through our Guides below before attending an activity @ Xcite.
