Here's a few tips on how best to use the site!
My Xcite - personal login area
My Xcite is your own personalised online area. Once logged in you will be able to see your chosen venue's timetable, opening hours, book an activity and change your account details.
To access My Xcite login via:
Mobile/Tablet - click on the menu icon at the top of the righthand screen and selecting Login to My Xcite.
Desktop - click on 'Login to My Xcite’ at the top lefthand screen.
You will need your ID and PIN to access this area. If you do not have this and are already an existing customer please complete this form. Please allow 24 hours for reply, or contact your Xcite venue directly. Reception will be able to give you this info over the phone once you have completed a number of security questions. New customers will need to register to have access to this area. You can register as a pay-per-visit customer.

Under Xcite Venues you'll find our opening hours for each area Gym/Swim/Sports/Café etc.
