There is now restricted parking in place outside Xcite Armadale. Although parking is available in the public car park,  parking along North Street, immediately outside the venue, is now restricted to 90 minutes. Parking is also available at Watson Park, next to Colinshiel Court, Sheltered Housing.

Customer please note that there will be changes to the fitness class provision @ Whitburn Cadet Hall, Whitburn Bowling Club and Xcite Fauldhouse as of the 1st April -

Armadale Academy

All Fitness Classes run by Xcite at the Academy will be cancelled from Monday 15 April.

 

Xcite Bathgate

Power Mums on Monday 13 May @ Xcite Bathgate has been cancelled.

 

Xcite Broxburn Sports Centre

New class - Lunchtime Kettlercise class  12.30pm - 1.15pm.

All about Legs class on a Monday has been replaced with Kettlercise from 19.00-19.45

New class - Metabolic Circuits starts Monday 22 April 20.00-20.45

Table Tennis

There are many activities to keep you fit at Xcite, but surprisingly to some Table Tennis is one of them! Playing Table Tennis keeps you in shape and develops your hand & eye co-ordination, it’s also a great sport to play with friends and have fun!

The nature of table tennis means that exercising is short and energetic. This allows a varied form of workout resulting in increased heart rate and improvements of overall fitness levels.
