Athletics offers a range of disciplines that you can train in to improve your fitness and develop skills in your chosen area.

- 400 metre running track @ Xcite Craigswood.
- Yearly Xcite 10k event in October (not running 2008 due to track development).
- Yearly Xcite Triathlon event in March.
